The next storytime session will begin August 18 and will run through October 2.
- Babies/Toddlers Storytimes – Mondays or Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. Rhymes, fingerplays, music, and stories for children ages birth to 36 mos. and their caregivers.
- Preschool Storytimes – Mondays or Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. Stories, music, activities, and crafts for chil-dren ages 3 to5 years. Parents are welcome, but not required to attend.
EVANSVILLE
Kinderfun – Wednesdays or Thursdays @ 11:00 a.m.
Preschoolers & their caregivers meet at the Zoo once a week for a class. The program for the fall semester includes letters, colors, numbers, and shapes while exploring the Amazon Rainforest. It meets on Wednesdays or Thursdays at 11:00 am for an hour. It costs only $5 for the whole semester (Sept.-Dec.) (plus zoo admission)! It will be starting the week of September 10. Check out the brochure Kinderfun brochure-fall-08 You can mail it in. Preregistration is required. Last year they allowed 1 year-olds on up, so you might check if you have a young child. cMoe- Children’s Museum of Evansville
Story Stretchers-Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
Children aged 1-3 will find new meaning in their favorite stories as we stretch them to include crafts and songs. Each week children and their special adults work together to create art projects from the story as well as share in songs and movement activities. Don’t miss the fun each Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Story Stretchers is free with regular museum admission.

Toddler Play Group- Fridays at 10:30 a.m.
Looking for a place for your child to begin to play with others as well as a chance to talk with parents having similar experiences? The cMoe Toddler Play Group is the place for you. Each Friday at 10:30 a.m., cMoe will offer parents and children a place to interact and get more information about topics such as “Crying in the Car Seat”, “Wonderful Sounds for Sleep”, “Is It Time to Move from Crib to Bed?” and more. Children age 3 and younger admitted free with adult admission for this program.
