Any mom with children birth-Kindergarten

What does it cost?

1) You can attend 2 meetings FREE to try out MOPS.

Then we encourage that you join MOPS International whose dues are $24 per year. You can read about the benefits of joining here.

There are scholarships available to cover the membership fee. Just ask! We don’t want money to be an issue.

2) There is a suggested donation of $1/child for childcare. If you only have 50 cents, no problem. We just put out a jar & you can give as able.

How do I get there?

First Baptist Church, Mt. Vernon

We are located at 1205 Main St. (Hwy 69) at the corner of Grant St. & Main.

We meet in the basement. Enter through one of the rear doors at gravel parking lot. You will enter directly into the children’s hallway.  There you can drop off your child & you will be directed downstairs to the meeting place for moms.

Enter Mt. Vernon, going South on Main St. (Hwy 69), we are located 1 block on right after you pass McKim’s IGA.

What will we do?

It just depends! Check out Upcoming Events. Most meetings we will eat snack foods, have a topic for discussion, give away door prizes & maybe make a craft.
